Alixir truly exhibits his own breed of magic. He combines some of the rarest, most sought-after traits desired in today’s Egyptian Arabians, and his personality can’t be beat. Alixir is always a crowd favorite at Arabians Ltd.’s farm conferences, for he displays unbelievable athleticism as he plays with his favorite toy, a Jolly Ball.

Alixir passes along that prepotency for athletic antics on to his foals, too, like our very own black stallion, Bellagio RCA.

This dark bay stallion, who is 60% outcross to Desperado’s bloodlines, passes along such great traits to his foals as great toplines, croups and hips, flat backs, and strong, straight tail carriage. As icing on the cake, he also has a tendency to produce beautiful black foals, the rarest color of Arabian horses. Alixir’s pedigree is full of recognizable names in the world of straight Egyptians, names like Ansata Ibn Halima, Ibn El Mareekh, Deena. The female side of his pedigree includes well-known bloodlines from Hungary’s famous Balbona Stud. Named an Egyptian Event Junior Champion Colt the only time he was shown, Alixir is creating a recognizable legacy through his offspring. The first year his foals competed at the Egyptian Event, he was third on the Leading Sire list—what an impressive way to start! We believe the best is yet to come from this friendly stallion, who’s the kind of horse that makes you smile to be around him.
