Mare Lease Program produces rare filly

At the end of January, a once-in-a-lifetime straight Egyptian Arabian filly was born. Through the Arabians Ltd. Mare Lease Program, Keri and Carolee Wright chose Magidaas Image, one of only two remaining daughters of Aristocratic mare Bint Magidaa, to produce their 2009 foal. Magidaas Image (The Minstril x Bint Magidaa) was bred to Thee Infidel, a two-time U.S. National Top Ten Stallion and the only remaining son of Bint Magidaa in the U.S., to produce this baby.

Last week, a bay filly was born as the result of this powerhouse cross! Line-bred to Bint Magidaa, who was also the dam of the world-famous stallion Ruminaja Ali, this brand-new filly already has great expectations upon her. She represents one of the greatest concentrations of Magidaa blood to be found anywhere in the world.  Congratulations to the Wrights on this new addition to their fine herd.
